- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner on X'mas & New year Eve as per hotel selected (This varies from 500 to 5000 per person) Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

- Once you confirm the package and dates of arrival, do inform respective executive. They will process your booking and send you a detailed Invoice including our bank account details to transfer the advance payment.
- Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel Confirmation Vouchers from our CRS team (This takes two to four working days depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher).
- Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to your arrival.
- Full payment must be completed [XX] days before departure
